Hi im Donna I’m a pre and postnatal fitness specialist and nutritionist. I’ve been teaching fitness classes for 22 years and decided to specialise in pre and postnatal after having my two boys I developed diastasis recti ( abdominal separation) during both pregnancies and I struggled to find advice on healing. I realised that knowledge around returning to exercise and provision of exercise for new mums was limited.
I love being able to help mums and mums to be develop healthy exercise habits and share education and knowledge around rehabilitation of the core muscles.
