The Day in the life

of a Family Care Practitioner

‘What a day in the life of a family care practitioner could look like

8am: Delivering a zoom class on weaning to 6 mums’

9:30am: An in house support session with a mum who is struggling to get her 6 year old to eat well’

11am: In house support for a newly single dad who wants some reassurance and advice on raising happy children

12: Lunch

2pm: In house baby massage course for 8 parents at local community centre

3:30pm: Meeting with a mum suffering from anxiety who needs a listening ear and help signposting to local counselling services.

5pm: Home, answer emails from clients and log off for the evening.

The great thing about becoming a family care practitioner is you can choose how to run your day and we are always here for support and back up if needed so you are not alone but are independent in your career.
